The Story Behind StrongHer Build Wellness

StrongHer Build Wellness Coaching was built from the same foundation as StrongHer Build Construction Consulting — strength, balance, and growth — but focused on what we construct within.

As a wellness and fitness coach, I guide clients in building strength that goes beyond physical movement. With a background in group fitness training, my approach blends structured workouts with mindfulness and accountability — helping people reconnect with their bodies, refine their habits, and show up stronger in every part of life.

After years in construction and development, I realized that the same principles that create powerful spaces — planning, alignment, and execution — also build powerful people. Through StrongHer Wellness, I help clients find balance between effort and rest, structure and freedom, strength and softness.

Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or rebuilding consistency, my goal is to help you move better, feel more confident, and live aligned with your strongest self.

Competing in HYROX became a defining part of my wellness journey — a blend of strength, endurance, strategy, and mindset that pushed me far beyond traditional training. The race demands structure, discipline, and mental resilience, which aligns perfectly with how I coach.

With this experience, I guide clients through the same performance principles that shaped my own success. From strength foundations to endurance pacing, from movement efficiency to mindset work, I help athletes at every level train with intention and confidence.

HYROX taught me that strength is built rep by rep, breath by breath — and that with the right structure, anyone can become stronger than they imagined. My goal is to bring that same energy, preparation, and empowerment to every client I train.
